These are collaged paintings. I cut up my own paintings and assemble different parts together and then paint and blend on top to bring them together. Like methods used by the writers/artists Brion Gyson and William Burroughs the cut up method leads to some amazing discoveries which can be used as is or lead to new ways of drawing and painting.
